We buy your items at the listed price, with no added commission. Works with Coupang, Gmarket, Naver Store, and any other Korean online shop. Not supported: secondhand marketplaces such as Joonggonara, peer-to-peer trades, offline purchases, and overseas direct purchases.

Items we buy for you are stored free for up to 30 days from the day your first package arrives. When everything has arrived, we pack it all together and ship it at once.

How Proxy Shopping Works

Five simple steps from order to your doorstep.

    Sign Up on Our Website

    Please sign up and log in on our website.

    We send progress updates by email and KakaoTalk notifications. Some overseas Kakao accounts may not be able to receive these notifications, so please be sure to enter an email address where we can reach you.

    Fill Out the Order Form and Make the First Payment

    Enter the details of the items you want to buy on the order form, then make the first payment.

    Proxy shopping involves two payments:
    1st payment: item cost + domestic shipping within Korea
    2nd payment: packing fee + international shipping fee, after your items arrive at our logistics center
    Payment methods: Overseas-issued credit card / Wise / bank transfer / PayPal
    To pay with PayPal, press the [Request PayPal Payment] button on your order form.
    ※ Under PayPal's policy, the PayPal fee (about 5%) is still deducted if an item cannot be shipped overseas or an order is cancelled. For this reason, we first review your order form to check that the items can be purchased and shipped, and only then open the PayPal payment window for you.

    We Purchase Your Items

    Once your payment is complete, EasyPost purchases the items for you.
    Orders paid between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Korea time (KST) are usually purchased within 30 minutes.

    Arrival, Packing, and Shipping Fee Quote

    When your items reach our logistics center, we mark the arrival of each item on your order form.
    Items are stored free for up to 30 days from the day the first package arrives, and you can gather several items and request shipping all at once.

    Once all items have arrived, we remove the individual boxes, pack everything together, and send you the international shipping fee by email and KakaoTalk. If you have any special packing requests, please let us know in advance.

    After packing is complete, the shipping fee payment window is activated on your order form. Choose the carrier you prefer and complete the payment.

    International Shipping Begins

    Once we confirm your shipping fee payment, your international shipment begins.
    Your tracking number will be sent by email and KakaoTalk, and is also shown on your order page.
