Shipping Products Containing Lithium Batteries

Under aviation safety regulations (IATA), lithium batteries are classified as materials with a risk of fire or explosion, so there are restrictions on how they can be shipped.

Korea Post EMS — Cannot Be Shipped

Any product with an installed lithium battery cannot be shipped via Korea Post EMS. During air X-ray screening, such items are classified as materials restricted from loading, and they are denied passage.

Express Couriers (DHL · FedEx · UPS, etc.) — Shipping Possible with Conditions

Electronic products with a built-in lithium battery can be shipped via express couriers. However, the following items are restricted even with express couriers:

• Products with a high-capacity lithium battery over 100Wh (e-bikes, electric scooters, etc.)
• Spare power banks that are not installed in a device (cannot be shipped on their own)
• Mobile phones

Coupon & Discount Information

Due to the nature of the proxy shopping service, some coupons and discount benefits may not be applicable. If you have a coupon that can be applied, please fill out your order form using the price after the coupon has been applied.

Coupons and Benefits That Cannot Be Applied

• Paid membership benefits — Discounts and coupons offered through paid services such as Naver Plus Membership and Coupang Wow Membership
• Member-only coupons — Sign-up coupons, first-purchase coupons, and discounts by member tier offered by online shops
• Conditional coupons — Coupons issued in exchange for an action, such as turning on Naver Shopping notifications, adding a Kakao Channel as a friend, or joining an event
  
  Public coupons that are issued without conditions or limits can be used.
  
  
• Coupons with a per-ID quantity limit — Coupons whose issue quantity is limited per account
• Proxy requests for events or free gifts — Requests to buy items not for the product itself, but to join an event or obtain a free gift

Customs Clearance Information

All parcels shipped from Korea may be subject to customs inspection by local customs authorities after arriving in the destination country, and the procedure may vary depending on the judgment of the customs officer in charge. EasyPost cannot directly intervene in local customs matters, and we kindly ask for your understanding that the final authority over customs clearance rests with the local customs agency.

• Korea Post EMS — If a customs issue occurs, we are unable to coordinate with the carrier on your behalf, and the recipient must communicate directly with local customs.
• Express couriers (DHL · FedEx · UPS, etc.) — If a customs issue occurs, we will work with the carrier to provide guidance and any necessary support.
